Under Article 2 paragraph 1 precederilor of Law 329/2003 on the profession of private detective with subsequent amendments to authorize the operation of SC Eagle Security International Ltd.
We are a company based in Bucharest / Pantelimon-Ilfov County, Romania. Ministry of Interior, General Inspectorate of Romanian Police issued the Operation License No. 160110on 24.08.2010. Under Article 2 paragraph 1 precederilor of Law 329/2003 on the profession of private detective with subsequent amendments to authorize the operation of SC Eagle Security International Ltd. Certified private detective for Mr. Dan Rusu was released on 29.03.2011 by the Ministry of Interior, General Inspectorate of Police, Police Inspectorate of Ilfov County. This certificate gives the holder all rights provided by law.

Article 1
(1) private detective is a person certified under this Act and without prejudice to the right to privacy, family and personal or other rights and freedoms, at the request of individuals or legal entities, specific investigation activities relating to:
a) conduct and morals of a person;
b) data on the solvency and credibility of a legal person or a potential business partner;
c) persons missing from home;
d) goods subject to civil or criminal litigation disposed to prejudice the interests of parties in the process;
e) ensuring protection against leakage of information from private life or business operators who wish to preserve confidentiality.
(2) private detective work can not be contrary to domestic law or the regulations to which Romania is part of national security, public order or morality.
(3) Information obtained by the detective activities are intended solely for its customer, under this law.
