HONESTY AND INTEGRITY

Will act with honesty and integrity. It will endeavor to not compromise in any way their image, image association and thus the customers that entrust their cases.

Legitimate MORALITY

Will ensure that when accepting cases in the works, they respect legality, legitimacy and morality. Refrain and will withdraw from all that could expose them to violation of these principles. It will ensure that people seeking their services with good intentions and better understand their obligations when contracting private investigation services.

CERTIFICATION

Will obey the law, and will be the law and its implementation in all their actions. Refrain from any action which they know or should know that is illegal or contrary to the interests and image of the profession of private detective and status, regulations or standards adopted.

Private detectives will have a decent behavior in all circumstances, respecting the rules of politeness so respectful to people who contract private investigation services and persons in contact with their mission and also with colleagues.

Private detectives will be: respectful, fair, courteous, refraining from any action which would be outside of these principles.

We are subject to Law 329/2003 on the activities of private investigators and ethics which obliges the confidentiality of all information they hold in the cases they are incredintate. Will respect client confidentiality and data that they are have entrusted in the working of private investigations, whether they relate to business or personal life.

Also will maintain the confidentiality of all materials, data, information from ESI will be classified as “confidential”, having no right to reproduce them or distribute them to use them for anything that they were intended.

Will adopt a common policy in the spirit of professionalism, mutual respect, collegiality and mutual assistance of the professional. Will refrain from any conduct which would impair, disparage or damage the image of ESI.

Will meet their commitments to each other in any form have been made, above the government confidence and respect of professional interests.

Will give evidence of fair play, will refrain from unfair competition, will negotiate fair prices and consistent with reality, respecting agreements and terms agreed.

Will be tolerant with each other, respectful and honest and collegial spirit of mutual self help.
